Lead and Drive Engineering Excellence
">You will spearhead the development of cutting-edge engineering services, focusing on ASIC/SOC design, FPGA prototyping, board bring-up, firmware development, and more. Your expertise in creating asset-light delivery models will ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements
">At least 8 years of experience in ASIC, SOC, FPGA, or embedded systems engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in technical or business leadership positions.
">A strong background in areas like ASIC/SOC board bring-up, firmware development, and FPGA-based system prototyping is essential.
">Preferred qualifications include experience working with global vendors, familiarity with tools like JTAG and oscilloscopes, and knowledge of cloud-based validation and CI/CD pipelines.
">Exposure to automotive, networking, AI hardware, or consumer silicon platforms is a plus.
