Cloud Solutions Engineer

Are you a technical professional seeking to excel in the field of cloud engineering? Do you have a passion for designing and implementing scalable, secure solutions?

As a Cloud Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses realize their cloud computing goals. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate system requirements to software development teams, project teams, and clients.
2. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and propose integration methods for client engagements.
3. Define the required technical architecture specifications based on solution or client requirements.
4. Implement and document the agreed architecture and infrastructure environments; ensure they meet the defined standards.
5. Conduct various architecture operational and resiliency tests as part of delivering the architecture.
6. Assist with solving technical issues.
7. Address technical concerns, risk, and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Deep understanding of cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and deployment options (preferably in Microsoft Azure and AWS).
2. Expertise in defining, designing, and developing distributed and scalable products and services, including reusable domain-specific microservices on multi-platform/hybrid clouds.
3. Strong experience in IAAS (with good fundamentals in network and security) as well as PAAS.
4. Good understanding of all Azure services and ability to choose the right service for a workload among multiple Azure services preferred.
5. Strategic business acumen and understanding of organizational strategy and ability to design information systems to deliver that strategy.
6. Strong expertise in DevOps, Agile methodologies, containers, CI/CD, and tools like VSTS, Jira.
7. Experience with software and product development lifecycle (incl. coding, coding standards and reviews, source control, testing, debugging, build, deployment, and operations).
8. Strong understanding of one or more development platform .Net technologies (C#), Java / JavaScript.
9. Familiarity with Data Ingestion, Analytics, AI technologies.
