Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting maintenance training on machinery and equipment for end-users, performing preventive maintenance on production department machinery, planning and executing tasks related to facilities, upgrading, and repairing machinery and equipment. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting machinery malfunctions, maintaining records of repairs and completed preventative maintenance work, identifying and purchasing critical spares, and arranging for preventive repair and replacement to minimize machine downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting maintenance training on machinery and equipment for end-users
  • Performing preventive maintenance on production department machinery
  • Planning and executing tasks related to facilities, upgrading, and repairing machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshooting machinery malfunctions
  • Maintaining records of repairs and completed preventative maintenance work
  • Identifying and purchasing critical spares
  • Arranging for preventive repair and replacement to minimize machine downtime
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum 3 years' working experience in CNC machines and equipment maintenance and repair works in the manufacturing environment
  • Working experience in building facilities in the manufacturing environment is an advantage
