Electronics Design Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Electronics Design Specialist to contribute to our team in Singapore.
  • Primary responsibilities will include designing for manufacturability and developing electronic circuits and fixtures using AutoCAD 2D/3D software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design electronic circuits and fixtures using AutoCAD 2D/3D software.
  • Conduct technical design reviews and simulations to assess project feasibility.
  • Perform functional and reliability testing to validate designs during product development, qualification, and mass production phases.
  • Generate bills of materials, product design development documentation, and reports.
  • Support production on test engineering matters, including developing, characterizing, and implementing new test equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Develop test handling techniques and fixtures, using experimental design and statistical methods; evaluate test failure data to find root causes and implement sound engineering solutions.
  • Provide training to production staff on new test processes and changes in test-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent is required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided.
  • Strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is required.
  • Proactive and resourceful team players with good initiative are desired.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary for effective communication in our production environment.
