Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, as well as overseeing quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing M&E Frameworks: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), data collection methods, and evaluation criteria to measure project progress and success.
- Monitoring Project Progress: Regularly monitor construction activities, timelines, and resource utilization to ensure projects are on track.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that construction work meets industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years experience in project management and/or site coordination works for building/civil projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in M&E works, planning capability, and authorities' compliance.
