Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Innovation Project Manager to spearhead our data science and AI projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and a passion for driving innovation.

About the Role

  • The Chief Innovation Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of large-scale, complex tech-enabled change projects across diverse industries.
  • This role involves leading data science and AI projects end-to-end—from gathering business requirements to developing models, evaluating outcomes, and deploying scalable solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Deliver data science or AI projects, including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and closure
  2. Translate complex business problems into well-defined analytical questions and project plans with clear scope, milestones, and deliverables
  3. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, define deliverables, and align priorities
  4. Prioritize tasks and deliverables based on business impact, resource availability, and technical feasibility, while developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  5. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to all stakeholders
  6. Ensure proper documentation, stakeholder sign-offs, and smooth handover to business-as-usual teams
  7. Present results in a business-friendly format and gather feedback

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager specifically for data science or AI/ML projects or products
