  • Job Description: Design, develop, and implement marketing automation campaigns and personalized customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and Journey Builder.
    • Experience working with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Knowledge of data modeling, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
    • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
