Manufacturing Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Professional to coordinate and lead activities with internal and outsourced manufacturing partners for the worldwide manufacture of a product.

This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement localization requirements and end packaging processes to improve quality and reduce costs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and lead the activities of internal and outsourced manufacturing partners in support of the worldwide manufacture of a product from new product introduction through end of lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal and outsourced manufacturing partners to recommend and implement localization requirements and end packaging processes to improve quality and reduce costs.
  • Represent the manufacturing program management localization team for all phases of larger and more complex development and manufacturing projects.
  • Manage SKU BOM (Bill Of Material) creation.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives to meet organizational commitments and goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Materials/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of material properties and hardware manufacture.
  • Ability to effectively communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.
