About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and customer satisfaction as part of our fast-paced Customer Success team. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success with our products and services, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to individual client objectives
  • Work closely with sales and marketing colleagues to deliver customer engagement and retention strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure seamless communication across teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B environment
