We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Support Specialist to join our team. As a Leasing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Leasing team and ensuring the smooth execution of lease-related matters.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience working with databases and financial transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Leasing team
- Maintaining leasing and marketing databases
- Preparing lease documentations and other related documents
- Liaising with tenants, lawyers, IRAS, HDB, JTC, etc. on lease-related matters
- Coordinating meetings and preparing weekly and monthly reports
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Diploma in Building Estate Management, Business Administration or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Pivot Table & Vlookup)
- Able to thrive on challenges and work under time pressures
- Good understanding of the real estate industry
