Night Baker Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Night Baker to join our team. As a Night Baker, you will be responsible for operating ovens, mixers, and other equipment to produce high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and contamination.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth production and meet customer demands by communicating effectively and providing support when needed.
  • Perform other duties as required by management, such as maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and assisting with staff training.

To be successful as a Night Baker, you will need:

  • A Certificate in Baking Skills or equivalent qualification to demonstrate your expertise in baking techniques and procedures.
