About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to embark on a rewarding career in hospitality, working closely with our Residence Manager and providing exceptional service to our guests.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, responding efficiently and tactfully to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Work collaboratively with the Residence Manager to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Handle cashiering functions accurately and maintain knowledge of our Standard Policies & Procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with all personnel to ensure seamless operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- A willingness to perform rotating shifts.
- An outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
