Job Description

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end training logistics, including venue booking, meeting invites, preparation of materials, and attendance tracking. The successful candidate will also maintain and update training materials, roadmaps, and resources in SharePoint and designated microsites.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma qualification in HR Management, Training & Development, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in training administration or similar coordination roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with SharePoint and SAP reporting is an advantage.
