Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote high-quality food preparation by following established recipes and cooking techniques.
  • Collaborate with senior chefs to develop new menu ideas and refine existing ones.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and optimize storage space.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards set by regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year CDP experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong interest in Korean or Spanish flavors and their cultural significance.
  • Flexible schedule to work various shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
