Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stock-takes of physical files and ensure accurate alignment with inventory lists.
- Utilize RFID technology to tag physical files and update the database in a timely manner.
- Create and update file records to ensure seamless tracking and management.
- Assist in reviewing and updating training records and documents, as well as managing program logistics, including session recording and attendance tracking.
