Head of Corporate Client Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Recruitment Specialist to provide executive search, selection and talent management solutions for organisations needing to recruit senior executive roles either as functional heads, senior market and technical specialists or overall general management.
Key to this is the need to originate new business and to cultivate existing client and candidate relationships leading to the delivery of significant individual recruitment fees at or above the targets set.
- Generate business development and corporate client acquisition within the practice.
- Responsibility for the development of all business activities.
- Develop a network of local business contacts among C-level professionals.
- Identify and optimise new business opportunities, win new clients and tenders.
- Offer advisory services and tailored-made solutions to clients.
- Manage the executive search project from interview to offer management and follow up the integration of the candidate in the new organisation.
- Represent the company and the brand at conferences and networking events.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of business experience in executive search or a mix of business & recruitment experience.
- Demonstrate a proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers (including but not limited to C-level professionals, regional function heads, management and supervisory boards).
- Acknowledged experts in their industry, function or specialist areas with demonstrable sales.
