Job Overview

Alphaeus Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Asset Administrator to join our team. As an IT Asset Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of our IT assets, tracking their movement, and providing basic technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the inventory of IT assets, including laptops, mobile phones, servers, and network devices.
  2. Generate service requests for IT assets for new employees.
  3. Define and document data elements and types to be captured for asset management purposes.
  4. Establish and maintain the hardware asset management database.
  5. Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network issues.
  6. Maintain accurate records of assets, including user accounts and access rights.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • NITEC qualification in an IT-related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in IT asset management or a related field.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and asset management tools.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
