Cloud Security Specialist

This role involves working closely with customers to design and implement cloud solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives.

You will be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.

This role specialises in enabling security outcomes in the cloud and upholding the high security bar our builders and customers adopt to enable security and compliance at scale.

A Day in the Life:

Working with customers to understand their business challenges around security in the cloud and helping to design/architect technical solutions to address those business needs.

Supporting internal teams and customers across ASEAN region in ongoing projects as the field security SME to consult with and provide pre-consultation guidance on standards of good practice around well-architected, secure and resilient design principles to ensure all customer deliverables and work products are secure by design and in practice.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud-based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network, and operating system.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in security, compliance, and risk management.
  • 10+ years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience.
  • Relevant cyber security accreditation including CISSP, CISA, CRISC, etc. and working knowledge of cyber security and technology risk management frameworks including NIST CSP, CIS Benchmarks, ISO27001, etc.
