A new career opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager for Colorectal Cancer Care.
This is a fixed term/secondment position that will be based at the Community Diagnostic Centre, Hollinswood House, with some travel between sites required.
The post holder will provide expert leadership and specialist knowledge, skills, and experience in process improvement across the Trust.
In addition, the post holder will support the review of existing processes and pathways and be responsible for implementing new ways of working to improve patient care and aid early diagnosis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing, improving, and monitoring patient pathways
- Assisting in the integration of FIT screening into patient pathways
- Designing patient pathways while considering the impact of new technologies and working environments
- Motivating others to ensure collaborative working in the design of new ways of working and providing support to staff during the change process
- Ensuring regular patient contact and involvement to influence the project to be patient-focused
