Job Description">

As a Senior Research Analyst, you will play a vital role in helping our clients understand their brands, consumers, and industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering insights that drive business growth.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer research, data analysis, and social media research. They will be confident in creating data visualizations, delivering compelling reports, and communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also be proficient in using Brandwatch software and have a keen eye for detail. Experience working with clients directly is highly valued, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in consumer research or data/statistical analysis
  • Expertise in creating data visualizations, data storytelling, and delivering compelling report narratives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working directly with clients
  • Technical aptitude for learning new software and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with familiarity with social research and Boolean searches
