Job Title: Port Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with rigger and signalman teams to coordinate the movement of cargo, ensuring that safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to prevent damage to cargo or equipment.
  • Participate in regular safety training and drills to stay up-to-date on the latest procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Accreditation by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is mandatory for this role.
  • Previous experience in port operations or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work at heights if required.
