Job Title: Manufacturing Systems Expert

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Systems Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing functional specification documents, creating recipes, and testing protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop MES functional specification documents for upstream and downstream processes, along with support equipment workflows.
  • Create recipes based on Siemens OpCenter.
  • Develop test protocols for upstream and downstream processes, along with process support workflows (equipment cleaning/calibration/etc).
  • Execute MES recipe qualification (IQ/UAT).
  • Create shopfloor supporting documents (SOP/job aids).
  • Provide shopfloor support during production execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Digital Sciences, or Life Sciences.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Knowledge of MES recipe development and its interfaces with third-party systems such as SAP and DCS – experience in Siemens OpCenter.
  • Proven ability to work as part of an integrated team and collaborate across functional boundaries.
