Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Manufacturing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining manufacturing procedures, ensuring proper documentation control, and creating new Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC programs, and Tool/Gauge plans using Siemens NX software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing manufacturing procedures and ensuring proper documentation control
  • Creating new Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC programs, and Tool/Gauge plans using Siemens NX software
  • Initiating productivity improvement activities, including equipment/fixture selection, design, and deployment
  • Resolving technical issues related to customer feedback, both internal and external
  • Conducting feasibility studies on manufacturing capacity improvements, layout enhancements, and expansions
  • Implementing continuous improvement activities within existing manufacturing systems and processes
  • Participating in company-wide productivity and quality programs
  • Providing justifications for capital expenditures (CAPEX)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Siemens NX software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
