**Job Title: BIM Design Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM design specialist to join our team. As a BIM design specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development of buildings and infrastructure projects.

**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about BIM technology and its applications in the construction industry. The successful candidate will have excellent skills in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other related software tools.

**Main Responsibilities**

  • Design and Documentation: You will be responsible for creating detailed designs, drawings, and documents for building projects using BIM modeling software.
  • Collaboration with Project Teams: You will work closely with project engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that design and documentation requirements are met.
  • Technical Expertise: You will stay up-to-date with the latest developments in BIM technology and implement new techniques and tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Site Coordination: You will visit construction sites to ensure that building models are accurately reflected on site and make any necessary adjustments.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
