Agency Partnership Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agency Partnership Lead to drive and grow our agency partnerships across the Greater China region.

  • Job Summary
  • This role is critical in driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring that our agency partners are aligned with our strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key agency partners across Greater China
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies and act as a trusted advisor on behalf of the company
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver value to agency partners
  • Drive revenue growth by creating and executing regional agency development plans
  • Identify new agency partnership opportunities and onboard them to our platform
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure partner satisfaction
  • Represent the company at regional industry events and agency meetings
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to agency business

About You:

  • You will have a proven track record of developing and managing successful agency partnerships
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Able to travel frequently within the region
