Personalized Butler Service
Join our team of dedicated butlers and provide exceptional service to our guests. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Butler Service Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Butler Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
• Executing butler core tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Providing exceptional service to our guests, including responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with guest reservations, bookings, and arrangements
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including guest preferences and interactions
• Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Adapting to changing situations and priorities with ease and flexibility

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of guests and colleagues. You will also require strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices, with knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
