Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist-Flow Cytometry to join our team at SIN Labcorp Development (Asia) Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing clinical testing, analyzing specimens, and reporting results to sponsors. Additionally, the incumbent will be expected to improve processes, resolve problems, and support quality control/quality assurance monitoring programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical laboratory testing accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the validity of test results through quality assurance and quality control procedures.
  • Monitor reagents, materials, and supplies.
  • Maintain instruments and equipment according to manufacturer and SOP requirements.
  • Comply with regulatory guidelines and Labcorp Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in applicable computer systems and software.
  • Adhere to established Safety policies and Universal precaution guidelines.
  • Provide laboratory management with reports of activities upon request.
  • Attend scheduled department, mandatory, and other meetings and training as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a bio-medical, physical or biological science from an accredited college or University.
  • One-year training and/or experience in the specialty in which testing is to be performed.
