Project Manager Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Manage the document review process, including collating comments from all reviewing parties and ensuring proper follow-up to the review comments;
  • Coordinate the design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities, including coordination with all stakeholders;
  • Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to monitor and update the programme and work schedule;
  • Assist the project team in terms of project delivery;
  • Prepare project summary reports for progress reporting;
  • Manage administrative activities of the project, including coordinating meetings, preparing meeting records, and drafting letters for issuance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recognised degree in Engineering or related discipline;
  • Relevant project management experience, particularly in Automatic Fare Collection systems in transit environments;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office for Windows;
  • Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently;
  • Able to work and collaborate with teams effectively;
  • Flexible working hours, including night shifts during engineering hours;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Ability to travel regularly between office and sites.
