We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Excellence Manager to join our APAC team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving supply chain optimization, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless operations across the region.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the pet food or FMCG industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of driving supply chain improvements and achieving results. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
