Chinese Medicine Practitioner Clinic Lead

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership and teaching responsibilities in a vibrant academic and healthcare setting.

Clinical Services:

  • Provide TCM consultation and treatment to patients at the Chinese Medicine Clinic.

Clinical Mentorship:

  • Provide clinical mentorship to students in various programs.

Job Description:

  • Manage patient services, ensure quality of care, coordinate daily operations, and address patient concerns.
  • Oversee clinic operations, staffing, employee development, and workplace safety.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and make informed financial decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least a TCMPB recognized Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Medicine
  • Singapore Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner
  • Minimum of 8 years' clinical experience in TCM practice
  • Knowledge in Chinese Medicine and Biomedical Sciences
  • Knowledge of data analysis
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and safety standards in Singapore
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to plan strategically, manage resources effectively, and make sound financial decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous in both patient care and clinical documentation
