Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

The Financial Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial record-keeping, maintaining a systematic approach to their work, and providing support to the finance team.

  • Assist in monthly and year-end closing of accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Manage full spectrum of Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables, including invoicing, payments, and credit control
  • Perform bank reconciliation and set up customer profiles both manually and online
  • Handle daily account transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, tax agents, and auditors to ensure compliance and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and projects as assigned by senior management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/CAT/LCCI or equivalent qualification
  • Detailed, analytical, dynamic, and able to meet tight deadlines, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and other relevant software
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and take ownership at work
