Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, creating orders in SAP and WMS systems, managing documentation flow, and tracking requirements.

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently
  • Coordinate order fulfillment with various internal teams
  • Create and manage orders in SAP and WMS systems
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and record keeping
  • Track and consolidate daily consumables requirements
  • Provide regular reports to relevant teams and warehouse management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Relevant diploma qualification
  • SAP knowledge is an added advantage
