Job Title: Fund Finance Administrator

This role involves supporting the management of investment funds, including key responsibilities such as processing daily transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations, resolving discrepancies with custodians, fund managers, and internal teams.
  • They will also be required to maintain up-to-date fund documentation and records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Supporting the preparation of periodic fund reports, investor statements, and regulatory filings is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Additionally, the candidate will assist in the end-to-end KYC and onboarding processes, including collecting documentation and liaising with banks and compliance teams.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of relevant experience in fund operations, financial services, administration, or KYC/onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with KYC, client onboarding, or fund processing workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple deadlines are also required.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally across teams and with external stakeholders are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook is expected.
  • The candidate should be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced and evolving industry is desirable.
  • Singapore citizenship is required.
