About The Job

Our Innovation team uses agile methodologies to drive value chain mapping, product strategy, ideation, design, and solution adoption. As a UX/Service Designer, you will shape end-to-end service experiences for stakeholders and clients in the APAC region, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver holistic service design solutions.

  • You will lead design thinking workshops and ideation sessions to spark creative problem-solving.
  • Leverage user journey and experience mapping to visualize and analyze user interactions.
  • Develop personas, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Partner with stakeholders and development teams to deeply understand user needs and business goals.

A strong portfolio of successful enterprise projects and relevant years of experience in global financial services or fintech industry as a proven UX/Service Designer are required.
