Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on UI/UX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop user-centric ServiceNow interfaces and applications.
  • Customize ServiceNow portals, dashboards, and forms for improved usability and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional designs.
  • Develop UI components using ServiceNow's UI Builder, Service Portal, and other frameworks.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
  • Support troubleshooting, testing, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a strong focus on UI/UX.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow UI technologies (Service Portal, UI Builder, Now Experience).
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and responsive design.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
