About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Security and Carpark Operations Coordinator. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the overall operations of the security and carpark facility, handling tenant and customer inquiries, and providing information about parking rates, rules, and procedures. Additionally, you will administer carpark applications, prepare reports, and upkeep security deployment plans and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor the overall operations of the security and carpark facility
• Handle tenant and customer inquiries and provide information about parking rates, rules, and procedures
• Administer carpark applications and prepare carpark reports
• Upkeep security deployment plans, SOPs, training guides, and operation manuals

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Building & Real Estate Management or its equivalent with at least 3 years of experience; or a Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management or its equivalent or other relevant professional certification with at least 5 years of experience
• Relevant experience in managing high-rise commercial buildings or mixed developments
• Experience in formulating and implementing SOPs
• Independent with integrity, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
• Good organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
