Join BOS Trustee Limited as a Monitoring Specialist and contribute to the success of our team.
Roles and Responsibilities- Support the trust team in monitoring incoming funds (capital injections) of the structures we are trustee of.
- Monitor thresholds for substantial shareholdings and securities reporting.
- Generate and prepare weekly transactions reports to identify incoming funds.
- Prepare capital injection reports, including sending requests to bank relationship managers, understanding the purpose of incoming funds, performing name-screening, and updating transaction movement schedules.
- Assess third-party bank statements to detect incoming funds (cash/securities).
- Ensure outstanding matters are attended to or escalated accordingly.
- Obtain Compliance approval where required.
- Review permanent files to ensure good order and completeness.
- Minimum degree or diploma holder.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in banking, financial, accounting, or asset management industry. Compliance background is an added advantage.
- Team player.
- Meticulous and pays attention to details.
- Knowledge of Excel.
