Lead Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Architectural Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing architectural projects from inception to completion.

  • The ideal candidate will have a recognized Architecture degree and foundational knowledge of regulatory requirements, technical detailing, contract administration, and management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple architectural projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client and authority requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality drawings and BIM models, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Liaise with authorities, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
