The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders, sending statements of accounts to customers, and assisting with the management of overdue accounts.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in compliance with GST regulations and Financial Reporting Standards (FRS). ">
- Prepare and submit reports for internal and external stakeholders, including month-end closing, accounts receivable (AR) aging analysis, and cash flow tracking. ">
- Close communication with relevant departments to clarify discrepancies, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues related to billing or accounting. ">
- Process customer deposit refunds and ensure proper recording of all transactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. ">
- Assist in the management of external portals for e-invoicing submission and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. ">
