**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Pharmacy Support Associate to assist in the daily operations of our pharmacy retail section.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing and labeling medical and retail items for patient collection, restocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, supporting inventory checks, packing heavier retail items, and providing support in handling patient queries related to retail items.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Packing and Labeling: Ensure accurate and efficient labeling of medical and retail items.
  • Restocking and Maintenance: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
  • Inventory Support: Assist with inventory checks, ensure accurate stock levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Retail Support: Provide support to customers with retail item inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote products effectively.
  • Patient Query Handling: Handle patient queries related to retail items, provide clear information, and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum GCE N/O or 'A' Levels / Diploma and above.
  • Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry.
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
