About the DepartmentGroup Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services, and banking operations.
Job Responsibilities- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure adherence to standard requirements.
- Update relevant reports daily to ensure timely and accurate information.
- Attend to enquiries from internal stakeholders to provide prompt and professional support.
- Process audit requests in a timely manner to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Perform payment and end-day reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
- Proactively identify and escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Liaise with technical teams to investigate and resolve identified issues.
- Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes to support team objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and activities to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Work productively and professionally to demonstrate ways to improve productivity.
- Assist line managers and supervisors with managing day-to-day operations and support colleagues as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations processing at a financial institution.
- Candidates with positive attitudes, fast learning abilities, and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with team members and related departments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
- Able and willing to work overtime during peak times.
- Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well independently.
