Account Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to fill the role of Account Management Intern.

  • Liaising between key stakeholders, both internally and externally, for all requests and day-to-day handling of clients and campaigns.
  • Understanding the overall client business objectives and contributing ideas to strategy development.
  • Supporting team leads to help Clients identify their advertising and marcom requirements, develop detailed and accurate briefs and timelines to creative/content and media teams, and/or partners/vendors.
  • Working with agency teams – creative/content, production, marketing – to ensure quality of required deliverables before delivery to clients.
  • Supporting in preparation of client presentations, proposals and reports.
  • Attending briefings/meetings both internal, externally and preparing minutes/contact reports.
  • Undertaking administration tasks such as arrangement of meetings, handling and management of campaign costs, invoices to clients and partners/vendors etc.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Supporting the New Business Director in pitches and new accounts where required.
