Role Overview

We are seeking a trader focused on ETFs, Single Stocks or Futures to join one of our Global Trading teams.

This role involves building, executing and risk managing discretionary & semi-systematic strategies end-to-end across ETFs and index futures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute strategies using data analysis and risk management techniques.
  • Run market-making and index arbitrage operations, and contribute to central risk book decisions.
  • Analyse market flows and themes to generate tradeable hypotheses.
  • Partner with developers and quants to improve models and execution tooling.
Requirements
  • 5+ years as a trader in ETFs or index futures.
  • Asia markets experience is essential, particularly in HK/SG/JP/KR/TW.
  • Hands-on experience in ETF market-making, index arbitrage, and/or central risk book workflows.
  • Strong Python skills, including data hygiene and attribution.
  • Ability to translate macro news into market positioning.
  • A profitable track record in equities/futures is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with internalization/crossing frameworks.
  • CORP-actions and index events playbooks.
  • Mandarin/Cantonese language skills are a plus.
