Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Executive to assist in the preparation and review of financing proposals, ensuring timely loan interest payments and monitoring covenants across secured debt facilities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, review and update debt management policies, processes and controls.
  • Assist in the request of funding proposals to financial institutions, analyzing their feasibility and viability.
  • Review and recommend financing proposals, legal documents and activation of financing facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage loan drawings/rollovers and ensure timely loan interest payments, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Monitor and review the covenants across the secured debt facilities, negotiating amendments and waivers with the lenders where necessary.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy or Finance from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in debt financing, preferably in a treasury role.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Treasury Management System, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
