**Your new company**
A highly established Real Estate organisation is looking for a Treasury, Debt Financing to join their team in Singapore.

**Your new role**
This is a team management role. You will oversee the fund raising, negotiation of financing terms, debt portfolio management in monitoring loan drawings, compliance of loan covenants.

You will also manage the interest rate risk exposure of the debt portfolio, and make appropriate hedging recommendations.

In additions, you will actively recommend improvements on the debt management policies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You are required to have at least 7-8 years of experience, debt financing experience is a MUST.

You would have experience leading a team, and have experience using the Treasury Management System (TMS).

**What you'll get in return**
