Guest Services Assistant (Hotel Driver) Job Description

Job Summary:

Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is seeking a skilled and courteous Guest Services Assistant (Hotel Driver) to join our Concierge team. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for transporting guests to various destinations while upholding the standards of exceptional service excellence.

  • Safely drive guests to designated locations, adhering to hotel policies and ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
  • Provide assistance with loading and unloading luggage or other items as required, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and hotel policies to ensure the safety of guests, conducting routine inspections of the vehicle and staying informed about changes in transportation schedules and road conditions.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
  • Preferably, candidates should have experience working in similar capacities and within the hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for interaction with guests are necessary.
  • Familiarity with local roads, routes, and attractions is beneficial.
  • The ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
