Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scaffold Supervisor to join our team at TECNICAS REUNIDAS, S.A. (SINGAPORE BRANCH). The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating all site scaffolding works, ensuring compliance with safety standards and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the site manager in planning and coordinating scaffolding works, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure that scaffolding is built and maintained in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to site personnel on scaffolding safety procedures and best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain daily site scaffold safety reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with site managers and contractors to ensure safe work procedures are followed and PPE is used correctly.
  • Identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring that all site activities adhere to legal regulations, including environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Supervision of Metal Scaffold Erection Course
  • Manage Work at Height
  • BCSS and/or other relevant trade certificates

Work Location: Jurong Island

Working hours per week: 60 hours
