Job Title: Master Welder Specialist
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in TIG welding and have a strong understanding of aircraft engine components. This role involves refurbishing engines to meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform precision TIG welding to restore aircraft engine components
  • Support cell operations in various processes, including benching, blasting, brazing, blending, polishing, and cold working
  • Potential training on operating automation machines
  • Maintain safety adherence through EH&S training programs and personal responsibility
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and CORE activities

Requirements:
  • GCE 'O' Level or NITEC in Precision, Aerospace, Mechanical, or relevant disciplines
  • 3 years of relevant experience in TIG welding
  • Ability to learn new welding methodologies
  • Familiarity with technical drawings and standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Attention to detail and hands-on approach
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Awareness of airworthiness and regulatory agency requirements
  • Relevant aerospace, manufacturing, or precision engineering experience
  • Attended external trainings with welding certification
