We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Government Agency Liaison and Digital Marketing Strategist. This individual will be responsible for forging strong relationships with government agencies, driving adoption, executing marketing campaigns and events, and creating reports that inform our product offerings.

In this dynamic environment, you will work closely with product managers to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, grounded in essential competitive insights and operational metrics. Your expertise in digital marketing – email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, marketing analytics, web search, and AI – will be crucial in identifying opportunities and developing effective plans.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to understand technical concepts in IT product management and contextualize them to drive engagement with other government agencies. Your proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration will ensure seamless execution of events, workshops, webinars, and business use cases.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of engaging and managing stakeholders (Business and IT)">
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing">
  • Familiarity with leading search tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush)">
  • Knowledge in Machine Learning and generative AI related technologies">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach">

Candidates with prior experience in customer engagement, tech market strategy or data analytics are encouraged to apply. Additionally, familiarity with design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Canva) and creative writing skills would be beneficial.
