Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Site Manager to oversee the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate air conditioning installation and maintenance works
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
  • Manage and lead a team of technicians and subcontractors
  • Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. They should also be proficient in coaching, air conditioning, budgets, construction, assessing, site management, architects, counseling, drawing, compliance, team building, carpentry, publications, scheduling, and cost control.
